Katherine joined Cain Brothers in 2011. Prior to joining the firm, Katherine was a Senior Human Resources Manager at Ipsos North America. Katherine has experience driving strategic hiring, performance management, talent assessment, organizational restructuring and managing merger & acquisition integration issues and programs.

Katherine grew up in Cold Spring Harbor, NY and graduated magna cum laude from Boston College with a BA in Human Development and Organizational Studies. She currently resides in New York City.
