Paul joined Cain Brothers in 2010 and works in the Corporate Finance Group in New York. Prior to joining the firm, Paul was in the Corporate Finance Group at Alvarez & Marsal, focusing on restructurings, mergers & acquisitions and financings. Paul began his career as a Restructuring Analyst/Valuations Analyst in Charlotte and later in Boston as a Valuations Associate, focusing on restructurings and mergers & acquisitions. Paul’s experience also includes working for APEX and Elizabeth Seton Pediatric Center.
Paul grew up in Princeton, NJ. He earned his B.S.B.A. in Finance and B.A. in Economics from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
