MCDONOUGH, CHRIS Vice President, New York
Chris McDonough rejoined Cain Brothers’ Corporate Finance Group in 2010. Chris previously was with the Firm from 2000 to 2004 working in a number of different areas including public finance, restructuring, and general corporate finance. Prior to rejoining Cain Brothers, Chris was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley, where he focused on private equity firms as part of the Financial Sponsors Group. While at Morgan Stanley, Chris worked on a variety of transactions including traditional M&A, leveraged buyouts, and public equity offerings.
Chris grew up in Endicott, NY. He received a BS in Accountancy from Villanova University, and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
