Larry joined Cain Brothers in 2010. He has a Wall Street career spanning three decades, with extensive experience in institutional municipal bond sales. In 1979, he was one of the founding developers of what became Cantor Fitzgerald Municipal Brokers, and organized a desk focused on brokering the California municipal bond market solely for dealers and dealer banks. In 1990, Larry joined Morgan Stanley to build a fixed income dealer sales team as a municipal specialist among other fixed income product professionals. After five successful years of growing extensive sales penetration, he was asked to join the institutional sales coverage desk which was annually ranked in the top 5 in municipal underwriting/sales nationally, covering major insurance and mutual fund companies. In 1999, Larry joined AG Edwards & Sons as Senior VP to assist in expanding the municipal institutional sales force in New York, working with mutual funds, insurance companies, and high net worth individuals. An intensive marketing and distribution focus continued at AG Edwards until the firm was sold to Wachovia Securities in 2008. At that time, he joined UBS Wealth Management as a Director of Business Development in the Northern New England region, where he assisted in developing high net worth brokers and branch managers focused on growing their business.
Larry was born and raised in Larchmont, NY, is married and has three grown children. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Iona College. Away from the office, Larry can be found enjoying the beauty of the Adirondack mountain lakes, streams and golf courses.
