Analyst Program

Analysts will work in small, focused teams on M&A, private equity and debt capital raising, fairness opinions, valuations and strategic advisory engagements. Lean deal teams provide excellent opportunity for senior-level banker and client exposure and higher, immediate “hands-on” experience. The three year program is designed to provide broad experience across the healthcare sectors and all stages of transaction executions from pitch phase through closing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing financial models and valuation of private and public companies
  • Creating offering memoranda, preparing internal committee memoranda, and creating client “pitch books”, management and board presentations
  • Managing client due diligence processes
  • Participating in on-campus recruiting to further build the firm’s franchise

Qualifications

  • Relevant internship experience or prior work experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, finance and/or consulting
  • Strong educational background with a Bachelor’s degree with coursework in finance and accounting with an overall cumulative minimum GPA of 3.5
  • Strong analytical skills, including accounting fundamentals
  • Superior written and oral communication skills
  • Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
