Andrew Burdick is a Vice President in the Firm’s Corporate M&A Advisory practice. Mr. Burdick joined Cain Brothers in 2015 and has over 7 years of experience advising healthcare companies in a variety of merger and acquisition, capital raising and strategic advisory transactions. Mr. Burdick’s notable transactions since joining include the sale of Global Healthcare Alliance to Cedar Gate Technologies, which was backed by GTCR, the sale of Target PharmaSolutions to Norwest Venture Partners, IMA Consulting’s merger with Revint Solutions, which was backed by New Mountain Capital, the sale of TMG Health to Cognizant, and the recapitalization of DuPage Medical Group by Summit Partners.
Prior to joining Cain Brothers, Mr. Burdick worked in Corporate Development at UnitedHealth Group, executing on the company’s M&A initiatives across Optum and UnitedHealthcare.
Mr. Burdick graduated from Bucknell University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He is also a CFA charterholder.
