Joe Pollock is a senior banker in the Firm’s Capital Markets Group with a focus on acute-care hospitals and health systems. Mr. Pollock joined Cain Brothers in 2020 and has over 13 years’ experience advising not-for-profit healthcare providers in a variety of capital raising transactions. Mr. Pollock has served as lead banker in connection with over $10 billion of tax-exempt and taxable bond issues for providers including Ascension, Mercy Health, Northeast Georgia Health System, Prisma Health, Owensboro Health, Loma Linda University Medical Center, Renown Health and Enloe Medical Center.
Prior to joining Cain Brothers, Mr. Pollock was a Director at BofA Merrill Lynch in that firm’s Healthcare Group, where he focused on capital raising for not-for-profit healthcare providers. Mr. Pollock started his career at the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
Mr. Pollock graduated from Georgetown University with an MBA and from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a BS in Business – Finance.
