Cain Brothers Experience
Jonah Schutzman is a Vice President in the Firm’s Corporate M&A Advisory practice. Mr. Schutzman joined Cain Brothers (KeyBanc Capital Markets) in 2012 and has over 8 years of investment banking experience advising both public and private healthcare companies in a variety of merger and acquisition, capital raising and strategic advisory transactions. Mr. Schutzman’s notable transactions since joining include the sale of Excellis Health Solutions to NNIT A/S, the recapitalization of VitreoRetinal Surgery to Retina Consultants of America (a portfolio company of Webster Equity Partners), the sale of Citra Health Solutions (a portfolio company of Great Point Partners) to Cedar Gate Technologies (a portfolio company of GTCR), the recapitalization of Retina Consultants of Houston and Retina Group of Florida with Webster Equity Partners (which formed Retina Consultants of America), the recapitalization of New York Bariatric Group with Sentinel Capital Partners, the sale of Florida Autism Center (a portfolio company of Shore Capital Partners) to BlueSprig Pediatrics (a portfolio company of KKR), and the recapitalization of New Eyes Las Vegas with Gauge Capital.
Mr. Schutzman began his career at KeyBanc Capital Markets in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group.
Mr. Schutzman earned a BS in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
