Cain Brothers Experience
Jonah Schutzman is a Vice President in the Firm’s Corporate M&A Advisory practice. Mr. Schutzman joined Cain Brothers (KeyBanc Capital Markets) in 2012 and has over 6 years of investment banking experience advising both public and private healthcare companies in a variety of merger and acquisition, capital raising and strategic advisory transactions. Mr. Schutzman’s notable transactions since joining include the recapitalization of New Eyes Las Vegas with Gauge Capital, the sale of Ceridian’s COBRA business to Wageworks, and advising ProTom International on its corporate reorganization.
Mr. Schutzman began his career at KeyBanc Capital Markets in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group.
Mr. Schutzman earned a BS in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
