|HealthPRO Heritage, a portfolio company of BPOC has been acquired by Wellspring Capital Management. Selling shareholders also included SV Health Investors, one of the company’s original investors.
Cain Brothers, a division of KeyBanc Capital Markets, acted as the exclusive financial advisor to HealthPRO in connection with the transaction.
Headquartered in Hunt Valley, Maryland, HealthPRO is a leading provider of therapy management and consulting services to nursing homes and long-term care facilities.
