Long Island Veterinary Specialists (“LIVS” or “the Company”), a leading veterinary specialty hospital in the Northeast United States, has partnered with Compassion-First Pet Hospitals. Cain Brothers, a division of KeyBanc Capital Markets (“Cain Brothers”), served as LIVS’ exclusive financial advisor in connection with the transaction.

Founded in 1998, Long Island Veterinary Specialists is a 24-hour emergency, trauma and specialty care veterinary hospital internationally recognized for its innovative procedures and research. LIVS provides a wide variety of services, including surgery, ophthalmology, emergency, neurology, and oncology. The Company primarily serves animals in New York and New Jersey, but also receives referrals from across the U.S and internationally.
