Mather Pavilion Has Been Acquired by Symphony Post Acute Network
October 26, 2014
Mather LifeWays has completed the sale of its 142-bed skilled nursing facility, Mather Pavilion, to Symphony Post Acute Network. The sale fulfills a strategic decision by Mather LifeWays to move away from operating freestanding nursing homes, and it will in no way affect ownership or operation of Mather LifeWays’ other residences.
Mather LifeWays retained Cain Brothers as its exclusive financial advisor to pursue the sale of Mather Pavilion. Cain Brothers led a sale process, soliciting interest from a wide range of acquirers, and negotiated key terms of the transaction with Symphony Post Acute Network.
