Zipnosis Has Been Acquired by Bright Health

Zipnosis, Inc., a best-in-class virtual care platform powering next-generation telehealth strategies for leading health systems, has been acquired by Bright Health Group, Inc. The combination reflects a shared vision: lowering costs and providing greater access to quality, affordable, personalized care. Cain Brothers served as Zipnosis’ exclusive financial advisor in connection with the transaction.
Zipnosis is a Minneapolis-based telehealth platform powering the virtual triage and visits of nearly 60 large health systems across the country. The Company’s SaaS platform is powered by technology that’s built on best practice clinical guidelines and real-time, localized information. Zipnosis offers device-agnostic virtual care aimed at providing both patients and employees greater convenience and efficiency when accessing care. The Company’s multi-modal (asynchronous and synchronous) capabilities further streamline the treatment process for providers by reducing clinician work time and automating burdensome administrative tasks. In 2020, Zipnosis screened and treated more than 2 million patients. Zipnosis’ investors include Ascension Ventures, Safeguard Scientifics, Hyde Park Ventures and Waterline Ventures.
